Reunion Dinner!!

Dear ex-pupils of OPSS,

This is Mr Nair.

As many of you know, we recently celebrated our school’s 10th anniversary with a big concert in the school hall. For those of you who were lucky enough to get one of the 200 tickets for the concert, I am sure that you had a good time catching up with old friends/teachers.

The good news is that as part of the school’s efforts to build up the OPSS alumni, we will be having our first OPSS Alumni Reunion Dinner on 11 July (Sat) from 7 - 10 pm in the school hall. We hope that this will help all our ex pupils to stay connected with the school.

It will be a hallal buffet dinner and the cost per person is $25.

We are all very excited about this dinner. In fact, Mr Low, who is currently working in Shanghai, will be coming all the way down to Singapore for this! (Actually he is coming down for his summer break but it sounds nicer this way….)

We are selling tickets in sets of 10. So if you are keen on attending this dinner, please get nine other friends to join you in booking one table. Otherwise, we will have to assign you seats with people that you don’t know or even worse - an old girlfriend or boyfriend who left you because…….

The target is to fill up our hall with 35 tables. That works out to 350 people. It may seem like a lot to you but judging by the way the tickets for the concert were snapped up, it is really not very much. Tickets will be available for sale on from 8 – 12 June (8 am to 5 pm daily)

Please check the OPSS facebook site for daily updates on the sale of the tickets from 8 – 12 June. Look for Ms Anne or Ms Las at the office for collection of the 10 tickets and payment of $250.

heys guys ,

Our class blog damn quiet , please post sia . then up to now no teacher know there is a class blog issit? none of our teachers tag our blog. i hope this blog can be the way that we contact with the teachers . Anyway are we having a class gathering?? Please settle the date of the gathering earlier so that u heys can make an arrangement so that more people can turn up.

Please tell me if anyone of u wanted to post . So that i could invite u to be the author of this blog . Everyone must contribute to this blog !! our only way to stay in contact sia.

Talk about more personal things , i posted to nanyang poly . Can look for me at blk A to D of the school building . haha :) heys i also joined kendo for cca no longer a art club member . for your information kendo is a japan martial arts . So what i could said is training are tough ! We got two days training Monday and friday . Tired lel ! i agree with charyl poly really not that relax . We got six modules = to six subjects . Which module for me is two hours of tutorials and two hours of lectures . We also got homework= tutorials , projects and ica= tests and exams . so is the same as secondary lal . Dont get the wrong concept that poly is relax , it is only less stress than jc .

Heys i talk so much that i forget to tell u all who am i .

Hey guys!=).. Back to update the blog.. Hey.. pls continue to keep this blog alive yea...

Hope ppl in JC are doing fine.. fine as in still surviving!!=) Anw.. Congrats to ppl going poly!! Be like hazel.. go join camps and all to make more frens.. ur time is gonna be up.. u are all going to enter a different kind of hell!! WAHAHAHA!!! All e best!! Onward and Persevere baby!!!

Oh!! And pls go to the 10 yr anniversary!!!

Yay! Charyl here :D
Our class rock! Our class did so well! Like what Hazel said, Results came second. Well, we have all done our best! I hope all of you get into your #1 Choice ! And, who knows. Maybe, some of us become schoolmates, and even better, classmates again ! We have come such a long way as a class, didn't we? Our powerful 安静的力量:O ( Power of silence ) I think our Secondary school life has become so memorable. :D:D:D

We must keep in contact & stay optimistic !
